In the Pink!

Slowly starting to catch up with all my crafting projects which means the house is a tip!! Completed my ATC for the Tilda and Friends ATC Challenge which this week is "In the Pink".

I have used Magnolia Tingla which has been coloured with Prismas and Sansodor and glamour dust added to her wings and the bottom of her top. The papers are Pink Petticoat, the plain piece has been run through my Cuttlebug with my new Swiss Dots folder.....I say new, however, I've had it a while but this is the first time I've used it! Also used a scrap of mirricard from my stash. The sentiment is part of the Just Hatched set from Papertrey Ink, the flower is from Poppicrafts, sticky gems are Papermania and the brad is from my stash.

Hope to be able to show some more tomorrow as I've got a couple more creations but I'm waiting for ink etc., to dry! Off to Lewis's Maths Cafe this afternoon.......parents are invited to go for a coffee and a cake and the kids serve you and have to work out the change etc., so I was baking a big chocolate cake at 8.00 pm last night for him to take! This will definitely be a test for my diet....wish me luck!!!

Another cutie Jo! Love that Tilda. Great pinks with that mirror paper. They really pop. I like that swiss dot embossed paper, must get that one! :)

You've colored Tilda so beautifully too. Such a sweet card! :) Have fun with the cake, a little nibble couldn't hurt! :)

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
