ONLY JOKING

Finally found five minutes to photograph Sam's birthday card which I made! Sorry the photos aren't so good but I was rushing as usual - why is life so hectic. Anyway, finished work a bit earlier than usual so thought I would use the time to load it on my blog before the kids get home from school. Decided to make another star card with papers from SU and cardstock from Bazzill. The front has been decorated with a MAMBI die cut, Cuttlebug embossing folder and Cricut George and Basic Shapes cartridge. I've used Penny Black Stickeroos again on the inside together with sentiments from Pink petticoat which have been cut out using a couple of SU punches. Ribbon is from Doodlebug. Off to Asda to get a few bits and pieces now. Have been trying for weeks now to clear my inbox, however, every time I sit down at night to do it, I nod off to sleep on the sofa lol!! I'm still here! Sorry I haven't been around for a long while but I've now got myself a job so don't have much time to craft at the moment until I get myself a bit more organised!! However, it's Sam's birthday next week so had to make a few invitations for his party. We're going back to basics this year because of the credit crunch etc! so it's a party at home for a few of his friends. Wanted to make a very quick and easy card because I was so late with them, however, they did take me a little longer than expected because I decided to decorate the insides as well. The paper is from the Cricut birthdays pad and just used some MAMBI die cuts from my stash. For the insides, I used some Bazzill cardstock in pink and orange and used a stamp from MFT. I doodled around the edges and then added a matching MAMBI sticker. Put another sticker on the envelope as well, but didn't photograph that lol!! Finally, the bottom corners were rounded with my SU punch. Was ...
