More Stash and Blog Candy News!

Hi everyone. Had a few more parcels turn up so thought I might share them with you! This included my Penny Black stamps.....the one I really wanted was missing because the package was damaged and even though I'm making a claim through the Post Office, Dick at HM Stamps has kindly offered to replace it free of charge when I place my next order, so I needed no encouragement and got my order in straight away from the Spring Catalogue before my stash diet starts tonight at Midnight!! There are also a few more Cuttlebug folders, Magnolias and a few bits and pieces.

I've noticed that my counter is over 1500 hits and can't quite believe it. I'm really chuffed as I've only been doing this blogging lark for a month and am really grateful that people take the time to come and look at my creations and listen to me ramble on. So, have decided that when the counter hits 2000, I will be offering some blog candy. This will be a Magnolia stamp.....I think she's called Tilda with hairband - is that right? Anyway, I'll take a photo of it and load it when I do the blog candy. Haven't quite decided what I will do yet but will let you all know nearer the time.

My Surprise For Tony!!

As promised, I'm back to let you in on my surprise for Tony tomorrow! Don't know where to start with this but maybe a little personal history first. When I married Tony in 1996 I was a UK size 14. I've always had to watch my weight and never been naturally thin but was never vastly overweight either. In March 1997 I fell pregnant with Lewis and that's when the trouble started.....the weight piled on and after he was born as well because I wasn't eating properly and just grabbing food out of the fridge when I had a spare five minutes.....oh, the joys of being a new Mum! Then I got pregnant again with Sam and even though I didn't gain much more weight during pregnancy, I made up for it afterwards! Am I boring you yet! It took me ten years and many failed diets to finally get serious about losing weight so I started my diet in January this year and this is the evidence....... please do not show the first photo to small children or animals as it may scare them !!!!!
