Tilda and Co Challenge

Happy Monday everyone! One child back to school today and the other goes tomorrow which means more time to myself, thank goodness!!
I've been contacted by Donna, who has set up a new Challenge site called Tilda & Co Challenge. It's for all of us who have a love of Magnolia stamps. Donna will set weekly challenges on a Sunday and the only rules are that you use a Magnolia stamp in your design (doesn't have to be just Tilda) and the subject of the challenge. Because this week is the first challenge, Donna is offering some blog candy as a reward so hop on over there and take a look......just click on the picture link on the left under favourite blogs and all will be explained!! Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Happy Blogoversary To Me!!

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
