Happy Days!!!

I've had two bits of exciting news in the last 24 hours and I'm VERY excited!

I got an e-mail late last night from Queen Kat Bloggers Club saying they would like to feature me as one of their Bloggers of the Week/Day!! I'm well pleased!

The second bit of good news was I won the gorgeous blog candy on Poppicrafts Michelle had a Valentines card competition and I couldn't believe it when I saw my name on her blog. Can't wait to see the candy......it looks so scrummy in the photo!

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Happy Blogoversary To Me!!

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
