Blog Candy Entries

Good morning everyone and what a day!! It's blowing a gale and raining! I'm sat in the conservatory at the moment and it feels like the roof is gonna come off...I suppose that is the downside of living with the sea right behind your house!!
Well, today is the final day of my blog candy contest so you've still got time to enter if you would like to win a Magnolia stamp. I can't believe how many people have been such good sports and entered!! Also, I can't believe how much my counter has jumped in the last couple of weeks - it's now up to 3,600!!!

I thought I would show you all the entries I've had 'cause I've also had a couple by e-mail. They are all wonderful!! One thing I have learned from looking at them is that I definitely need to buy more stash!!!!

My Surprise For Tony!!

As promised, I'm back to let you in on my surprise for Tony tomorrow! Don't know where to start with this but maybe a little personal history first. When I married Tony in 1996 I was a UK size 14. I've always had to watch my weight and never been naturally thin but was never vastly overweight either. In March 1997 I fell pregnant with Lewis and that's when the trouble started.....the weight piled on and after he was born as well because I wasn't eating properly and just grabbing food out of the fridge when I had a spare five minutes.....oh, the joys of being a new Mum! Then I got pregnant again with Sam and even though I didn't gain much more weight during pregnancy, I made up for it afterwards! Am I boring you yet! It took me ten years and many failed diets to finally get serious about losing weight so I started my diet in January this year and this is the evidence....... please do not show the first photo to small children or animals as it may scare them !!!!!
