Happy Birthday


Couldn't help but load this picture of Lewis......after all it is his birthday - have I mentioned that!!!! Anyway, the cake turned out fine and was delicious and Lewis has had a great day. Can't believe my beautiful baby has turned into this handsome young man



No cards to show tonight I'm afraid - I have made half a dozen but they're all repeats on previous Christmas cards. I've still got twelve more to make so I'm trying not to panic. I'm just getting a bit cheesed off with Christmas cards, however, have got a birthday card to make by next Sunday so that should make a nice change!

Birthday Blog Candy!

My Surprise For Tony!!

As promised, I'm back to let you in on my surprise for Tony tomorrow! Don't know where to start with this but maybe a little personal history first. When I married Tony in 1996 I was a UK size 14. I've always had to watch my weight and never been naturally thin but was never vastly overweight either. In March 1997 I fell pregnant with Lewis and that's when the trouble started.....the weight piled on and after he was born as well because I wasn't eating properly and just grabbing food out of the fridge when I had a spare five minutes.....oh, the joys of being a new Mum! Then I got pregnant again with Sam and even though I didn't gain much more weight during pregnancy, I made up for it afterwards! Am I boring you yet! It took me ten years and many failed diets to finally get serious about losing weight so I started my diet in January this year and this is the evidence....... please do not show the first photo to small children or animals as it may scare them !!!!!...
