My New Magnolia Stamp

I've got absolutely no willpower! I promised myself that I was going to batch produce some more christmas cards cause I'm so behind with them so, being a good girl, I make four of the same card and then ..... I give in and start playing with one of my new Magnolia stamps - I just couldn't help myself! Thought I'd share it with you, it took me a while to decide on the papers and card but I got there in the end. But that's not all ....... halfway through I took a break and bought four more Magnolia stamps on e-bay - slap wrists!! They are cute though!
I've used Bazzill cardstock and paper from Blonde Moments. The image is coloured with Brushables with a little bit of glitter on her hat and the sentiment is from Docrafts. Ribbon is by Dovecraft.

Last of the Whipper Snappers (for the moment!!)

Morning all......is it morning already?!! Had a very hectic night.....got woken up at 1.30 am with the sound of vomit bouncing off the landing carpet!! Sam wasn't very well and didn't quite make it to the bathroom so spent most of the early hours of this morning trying to clean the landing carpet, the carpet in his bedroom, washing bedclothes and cleaning him up!!! Eventually got to bed at 4.30 am then was woken at 9.15 this morning by Sam asking me if I was getting up because his tummy was empty and he was hungry!!! Got to love 'em!! Anyway, at least he's feeling better. Got to try and phone the Carpet Cleaner in a minute and order Sam a new mattress as his is ruined....oh the fun of being a Mother!! Back to business now, here's a card I made during the week with one of my new Whipper Snapper arrivals. I don't know how often I will use this stamp but it was a case of "ooh, it's so sweet, I've just got to have it!!" I've coloured the snai...

New Beginnings

I made the following card for a new challenge blog called Cute Card Thursday . "...to celebrate the launch of our new challenge blog, we would like you to use the theme of new beginnings or 1sts. This could be new baby, new home, new job, wedding or anything else "new" or any other 1st you can think of..." I've used one of my favourite PB stamps which I've coloured with Brushables and used some Stickles on the daisies. Papers are Pink Petticoat with some mirricard from my stash. Sentiment is from the Just Hatched set at Papertrey Ink, flowers are from Poppicrafts and sticky gems and brads are Papermania. Must dash now as I've got to go out....speak later.
