Bet You Thought I Forgot!!

Of course I didn't!! I've had a very emotionally draining day today but have decided I'm not going to let the b******* grind me down......or should that be singular!!! So here are some(!) of the promised cards with a few more to show tomorrow - that's not groaning I hear is it!!!!

I think you can tell I was rushing them a bit as there aren't any embellishments on them, however, I did manage to finish them all and posted them Friday whoo hoo!! As mentioned, few different ones to show tomorrow so I'm going to sit down and try and relax now and watch the final of Strictly - I'm suffering a bit as I think my infection in my tooth has started up again so may have to get back to the Dentist before Christmas. It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
