Going Dotty!

Well, my carpets are wonderfully clean!!...the Carpet Cleaner came today and has done a brilliant job so I am hoping there won't be any more accidents for a while, although Sam did complain his tummy was hurting this morning!! Did get on with a few things while the carpets were being cleaned including my two baskets of ironing, three loads of washing and an ATC....yes, I sat down and did a bit of colouring and then when he'd gone, put a quick ATC together....I feel very chuffed with myself for accomplishing quite a lot when I originally thought it was going to be a wasted morning for me.

The theme on Tilda and Friends ATC Challenge this week is "Going Dotty!".....I don't know about going, I think I've already gone!! Anyway, here is my contribution......

I've used Edwin sat on his pencil but cut off the pencil and coloured him with Prismas and Sansodor and added some Glamour Dust to his wings. Scraps of brown, pink and green Bazzill c.s. have been used with the latter embossed with Cuttlebug Swiss Dots Folder. Paper is also from my scrap stash. The two dotty brads are from my stash - I think they originated from Poppicrafts. Finally, added the Magnolia Ladybird which I coloured with Marvy.

Last of the Whipper Snappers (for the moment!!)

Morning all......is it morning already?!! Had a very hectic night.....got woken up at 1.30 am with the sound of vomit bouncing off the landing carpet!! Sam wasn't very well and didn't quite make it to the bathroom so spent most of the early hours of this morning trying to clean the landing carpet, the carpet in his bedroom, washing bedclothes and cleaning him up!!! Eventually got to bed at 4.30 am then was woken at 9.15 this morning by Sam asking me if I was getting up because his tummy was empty and he was hungry!!! Got to love 'em!! Anyway, at least he's feeling better. Got to try and phone the Carpet Cleaner in a minute and order Sam a new mattress as his is ruined....oh the fun of being a Mother!! Back to business now, here's a card I made during the week with one of my new Whipper Snapper arrivals. I don't know how often I will use this stamp but it was a case of "ooh, it's so sweet, I've just got to have it!!" I've coloured the snai...

I've Been Busy!!!

It's funny what happens to me when I lose my internet connection so I can't do any blogging.........I end up doing some crafting!!!! Well that's what happened yesterday afternoon and evening....my internet connection kept flicking on and off probably due to all the bad weather we experienced. Not quite so windy today but the rain is continuous! I actually finished my Easter Egg bags yesterday whoo hoo!!! Well, I say finished, I've got three more to put together but I have coloured the label and everything but I need to go to Asda and buy some more creme eggs and I'm not going anywhere today because I'm due a parcel delivery....hopefully, my camera! I hope you're ready for these photos....I was just going to put one picture on but thought hey, I had to suffer making them, they should suffer looking at them!!! The photos aren't very good I'm afraid and I'm proud to say that not one chocolate egg was harmed during the making of these bags......in ot...
