Cooking It Up!

As promised, I'm back with my Tilda and Friends ATC challenge. The theme this week is......

"....In addition to the Magnolia stamp, we want you to mix 1 bow, 2 flowers, 3 colours (as well as flesh tones) and 4 brads or gems....."

For this ATC, I've used Tilda in Paris which was kindly sent to me by Sue as I had a bit of trouble ordering mine......thanks Sue! I've coloured her with Prismas and Sansodor, cut her out and fixed her to the ATC with foam pads. Well, I think I've completed the challenge - I've got one dodgy bow!!! (I know now why I tie knots in my ribbons and not bows!!!), two tiny flowers, three colours......green, blue and brown, and four brads - two in the centres of the flowers and the other two in the top right-hand corner. All bits used are from my stash but I do know the flowers are Prima.

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
