Annie's Birthday Candy

It has not been a good day!! The toilet won't flush and have spent most of the morning trying to get hold of a Plumber and pouring buckets of water down the loo to flush it....I just didn't realise how often my boys spent a penny.......and the rest!!

Managed to actually get a couple of cards made this afternoon and this is the first one. Annie of Ink 'n' Rubba celebrated her birthday last week and is offering some fabulous birthday blog candy. All you have to do is make a girly birthday card with flowers on it and pretty papers.

The stamp is from Whipper Snapper and I've coloured it with Brushables and added some Glamour Dust to her belt and hairband. The pink c.s. is from Bazzill and the papers are the Sugar Dumpling range from Blonde Moments. Also used some mirricard from my stash. Sentiment is from Woodware, flower is from W H Smiths and brad and sticky gems are from Papermania.

Will be back later with my other offering!!

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
