Sketch Something!

It's Friday which means it's time for the Stamp Something Challenge! This week it's a sketch by the very talented Katharina.

I must admit, this did cause me a few problems because I don't normally use circles - rectangles, squares, ovals yes, but not circles! I decided to use my other new duck from High Hopes.....I think he looks so cheeky!.......and coloured him with Prismas and Sansodor then cut him out using the circles Nestabilities and embossed the edge. Also cut out a larger circle in the lime Bazzill c.s. and added the sentiment from Studio G (CCT prize) and three small flowers stickers from Sue Dreamer. Papers are from Blonde Moments and apricot c.s. is Bazzill Bling. Ribbon is SU Certainly Celery.

Still trying to sort and hide my craft stash before Tony gets home....I'm getting there slowly! However, been internet shopping like crazy so when he's home and I'm not buying anything he will think "wow, isn't she good"!!!! Have a great day and hope you'll join in the challenge.

My Surprise For Tony!!

As promised, I'm back to let you in on my surprise for Tony tomorrow! Don't know where to start with this but maybe a little personal history first. When I married Tony in 1996 I was a UK size 14. I've always had to watch my weight and never been naturally thin but was never vastly overweight either. In March 1997 I fell pregnant with Lewis and that's when the trouble started.....the weight piled on and after he was born as well because I wasn't eating properly and just grabbing food out of the fridge when I had a spare five minutes.....oh, the joys of being a new Mum! Then I got pregnant again with Sam and even though I didn't gain much more weight during pregnancy, I made up for it afterwards! Am I boring you yet! It took me ten years and many failed diets to finally get serious about losing weight so I started my diet in January this year and this is the evidence....... please do not show the first photo to small children or animals as it may scare them !!!!!...
