Blog Candy Winner!

Well the drawing of the Blog Candy winner went really smoothly.....no arguing between the boys! It was decided that it was Sam's turn to pick the winner, so Lewis held the pot.

And the winner is.............FRAN! Well done Fran! I have your address so I'll get the candy packed up and post it off to you.

Thank you so much to everyone who took part....all the cards were fabulous :)

Off to tidy up the kitchen and then I think I'll have an early night.....I'm absolutely shattered....I know, I know...at my age I need to take things easy! Plan on catching up on my blogging tomorrow and maybe make a few cards before Tony gets home. Awaiting confirmation of his flight details but it looks like he's leaving Australia on Sunday and will be in the UK on Monday!!!
Sorry I haven't been around many blogs lately but I hope you understand I've had alot to sort out in the last week, especially with trying to hide my stash!! Will be paying you a visit tomorrow!

Glad you had a great birthday.
Your boys are extremely talented do they take after Dad Lol.
I find in the ironing cupboard a good place to hide stash.
Look forward to seeing more of your blogs.

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Happy Blogoversary To Me!!

THIS IS NOW CLOSED........WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED LATER TODAY! ***** THIS POSTING WILL REMAIN AT THE TOP UNTIL 09 DECEMBER. FOR NEWER POSTS, PLEASE SEE BELOW ***** I just can't believe it's a year ago that I started up my blog and thought I was sat there talking to myself!!! and I am so thankful for all the wonderful people and friends I have made over the past year - you're such a great bunch of girls!! So, as promised, have got some candy to share with you all. This includes a Lippy Chick Flip Book for altering, High Hopes stamps, Cricketer stamp, alphabet stamps, ribbons, flowers, brads and embellishment kit (all from Poppicrafts). All you have to do to help me celebrate is leave a comment and mention my blog candy on your blog and that's it!! I will draw a winner next Tuesday 09 December and in the meantime, will leave this posting at the top of my blog. Oh, and by the way, this is open to everyone as I will post internationally. Hope you all have a great day!

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
