Exciting News!!

After all the gloom and doom of my computer, I've received some really exciting news which I'd like to share with you......I've been asked to be a DT Member for a new challenge site called Stamp Something....whoo hoo!!! I'm quite nervous about it because I've only been doing this blogging lark for five months and am never very confident about my work so I've found it a great compliment to be asked and decided to bite the bullet and go for it!!

Denise and Erin have set up the site which will go live officially on Friday 09 May, however, the blog is open today with a chance of some candy so please check it out......everyone is welcome!!

My Surprise For Tony!!

As promised, I'm back to let you in on my surprise for Tony tomorrow! Don't know where to start with this but maybe a little personal history first. When I married Tony in 1996 I was a UK size 14. I've always had to watch my weight and never been naturally thin but was never vastly overweight either. In March 1997 I fell pregnant with Lewis and that's when the trouble started.....the weight piled on and after he was born as well because I wasn't eating properly and just grabbing food out of the fridge when I had a spare five minutes.....oh, the joys of being a new Mum! Then I got pregnant again with Sam and even though I didn't gain much more weight during pregnancy, I made up for it afterwards! Am I boring you yet! It took me ten years and many failed diets to finally get serious about losing weight so I started my diet in January this year and this is the evidence....... please do not show the first photo to small children or animals as it may scare them !!!!!...
