...and a Card with Stitching!

Managed to do some sewing but how long it lasts is beyond me! This was originally intended to be a birthday card but have used it for a get well card as someone I know has just had an operation and needed something pdq to give them.

Found the image in my RAK box - Hanglar of course....ooh, I dream of owning some of these stamps! Coloured with Promarkers and papers are MME - same as before. Flowers are from my stash and brads are Doodlebug sugar coated. Finally added an East of India wooden heart which I've been hanging onto for years!

Feeling a bit under the weather today so going for a sit down now...the rest of the ironing will have to wait!

Love the colours you have used on that card, glad the sewing machine is back up and working, I really must try stitching on cards sometime.

Card Requests

Been quite busy recently trying to juggle work, home life and the card requests I have received.  This type of card has proved very popular so here are the ones I have made so far...still have a few more projects and cards to complete before I am able to start on my own!

The two 50 cards do look almost identical however, they are for twins!

Birthday Wreath Card

Saw this design on one of AMD TV shows and fell in love with it immediately so set about making two different projects with the same design.
This is the first...

...a birthday card for a friend of mine.  I haven't quite finished the other project so I will show that another day.
