A Card For Molly

Another birthday party for Sam today so thought I would show the card I've made for his friend Molly. Not too sure about this one but it will do!

The image is called Eloise Greengrass from Bella and she has been coloured with Promarkers with lots of Glamour Dust added! Cardstock is Bazzill and DP is Basic Grey. Sentiment is from Papertrey Ink and ribbon is from my stash. Used my circle Nestabilities for the image and backing and my SU corner rounder for the corners of the card.

I am trying so hard to catch up on all my crafting/blogging jobs and would like to show two more awards I've received. This one was from Dawny P........

and this one was from Alex......

Thank you so much girls.....going to have a good think about who to pass it on to as I've just done one and it always takes me forever to decide as there are so many lovely, kind and talented people out there.

Talking of Alex, I recently left a comment on someone's blog about those gorgeous little mail boxes which are readily available in the States but not here in the UK. Anyway, Alex saw my comment and sent me this.....

How lucky am I and what a generous thing to do......thank you so much Alex, your card is so beautiful!!

Off to hang the washing out - the rain has cleared from this morning and it's turning into a beautiful sunny day!

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
