Baby Girl

A friend of mine is expecting her new Granddaughter at the end of this month so managed to find some crafting time today to make a card. Decided to make a star card as I haven't made one in a long time and this is what I came up with.

I've used scraps of paper from my stash and cheated by using Penny Black Stickaroos.....they make life so quick and easy!! There are some embellishments from MAMBI, Papermania and my hearts Cuttlebug folder.

Still busy as ever - had the weekend to myself however, spent it doing my housework and catching up on the laundry!! We've had a lovely lazy day today.......nice long lie in and a full english breakfast for brunch - the boys loved it! Must get on as I've got loads of paperwork to sort out and still haven't made Sam's birthday cards yet. Hope to pop back soon.

My Surprise For Tony!!

As promised, I'm back to let you in on my surprise for Tony tomorrow! Don't know where to start with this but maybe a little personal history first. When I married Tony in 1996 I was a UK size 14. I've always had to watch my weight and never been naturally thin but was never vastly overweight either. In March 1997 I fell pregnant with Lewis and that's when the trouble started.....the weight piled on and after he was born as well because I wasn't eating properly and just grabbing food out of the fridge when I had a spare five minutes.....oh, the joys of being a new Mum! Then I got pregnant again with Sam and even though I didn't gain much more weight during pregnancy, I made up for it afterwards! Am I boring you yet! It took me ten years and many failed diets to finally get serious about losing weight so I started my diet in January this year and this is the evidence....... please do not show the first photo to small children or animals as it may scare them !!!!!...
