Boozy Chuckles!

An early start for me this morning - I've got a long list of things to do today and the boys are off for the start of their nativity rehearsal at Sunday School today so thought I would post this early so I don't forget!

This is a card I made for my Brother recently - why are men's cards so difficult to make? Kept it VERY simple as usual!!

Used up some scraps of papers for this one which were a combination of free downloads and a PIF from a friend. The image is called Boozy Chuckles and is from Spiral Whisper and I've coloured him with Promarkers, Sentiment is from Penny Black and added a couple of buttons from my stash. Finally, did a bit of doodling around the image.

Sam's just appeared so time for breakfast....have a great day!

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
