Christmas Gifts

These are the last of my makes for Christmas...a few Christmas presents.

First off, I made a couple of hearts for two of my Sisters and managed to sneak a third in for myself!




Next on the list was a plaque for one of my Sisters for her Craft Room (I have one of these for myself as well but haven't made it up yet!).


I also made a couple of Fairy Doors for my Great Nieces who are six and eight.  I wasn't sure how they would react to them but apparently, they absolutely loved them and wanted to know if there were any fairies behind the doors!

Very slightly different, but here's Lola's with the lights off and on...



...and Ruby's with the lights off and on!




Finally, another Christmas box decoration which a friend asked me to make after seeing the one I made recently...






Unfortunately, I didn't complete all the decorations I have to make but hopefully, will make them over the coming months so it's not such a rush for Christmas 2017!

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
