Happy Halloween

Finally managed to finish our Halloween goodies....I've got two very excited boys, however, need to get the decorations out of the loft and carve the pumpkins and then we're ready to go. In the meantime, here's a glimpse of the things I've had to make over the last couple of days (lastminute.com again!). Sorry about the photos but my desk is absolutely overflowing and I just didn't have the room to clear it.

Firstly, this is a card and gift bag I made for Lewis's friend Shamika who is hosting a Halloween party tonight.

Both images and sentiments are CC Designs from the Ollie and Griselda collection. Papers are the free download I mentioned in my previous posting.

Here are a couple of gift bags I made last night for the boys and a very last minute bag (at bottom of picture) for one of Lewis's friends who will unexpectedly be staying with us tonight!

The little vampire and "Boo" sentiment are CC Designs Spooks, Spooks, Spooks set and the Mummy is Sugar Nellie, however, sentiment is also CC Designs. Papers are Karen Foster.

Finally, a couple of pictures to show what the boys were making last night....

I think they had fun decorating them and they taste delicious!

Week 2 of Techniques

It’s the second week of Tando’s FB Live and the tutorial was by Jane Royston. This week the colours are more my style. I didn’t have the exact supplies so had to improvise a little. This was the end result... I love doing these tutorials.  I put aside time for me on a Saturday morning and just get lost in the moment...all worries are forgotten for an hour or so.  I would highly recommend it.

Chocolate Somethings

Friday again and Half Term has started! The boys finished school yesterday so hopefully, we've got a fun day together! The challenge on Stamp Something this week is chocolate - everybody's favourite! and there's one stamp I turn to when that word is mentioned. I've followed the sketch on Mojo Monday for this card. The image is from Penny Black and has been coloured with Promarkers. Cardstock is Bazzill Bling and papers are Doodlebug. Matted the image onto some c.s. which has been run through the Cuttlebug and threaded some ribbon through using SU slot punch. Finally added a brad from my stash . A big thank you to Jose for helping me with my images......love the way some of you girls have been putting a sneak peek at the top of your posts and Jose was nice enough (and clever enough) to explain how to do it. Hope you all have a great weekend.
