I'm loving all the dies from Sue Wilson recently and have been attempting some of the cards she created on C&C to re-start my mojo, so here are the results!
First, the 'fire and ice' technique...

The female version of the above card just by adding some flowers and PVA dots instead of piercing.

then using the gilding flakes again but with some Cosmic Shimmer laquer to create the centre of this setting.

A real girly card, however, was disappointed with the colour matching as, even though I used the same dye pad for the edge of the dies and the flowers, it looks different in the photo. Also the gems and pins appear a different colour than in real life.
Finally, this card didn't end up as I first intended due to a "happy accident" when trying to match up the striplet die, however, with a few adjustments and add ons, I was pleased with the end result!
