I had another request for one of these wedding cards and I must admit I love making anything Anna Marie Designs related. So, it's the same layout as before but just different names.
Another commission card (sounds grand doesn't it!) - this time the spec was that it was for an 80 year old man who liked a drink and had to be in a clean and simple style. Used the "Colonel" stamp from Bee Crafty adding Liquid Glass to his drink and then double cut letters and numbers from Tim Holtz dies to give a shadow effect.
I was asked to make a card with a cactus on it...something I've never been asked before! Luckily enough, I had only just bought these sizzix dies which were perfect and had seen Katie Skilton demonstrate this card so it was a no brainer!
As I've mentioned before, love all things from Anna Marie Designs so when I need to make a special card, this is the inspiration I always turn to. Needed to make a card for a lovely lady's birthday and decided on a smaller 8" x 8" version of my old time favourite...
I saw this card being demonstrated by Jenny Marples for Indigo Blu recently and thought I would have a go as I loved the clean and simple look of it. Unfortunately, my photograph doesn't show the dimension and spectacular shimmer of the super slap it on and luscious powders.
